Labour and Material Costs

First, you'll want to be sure your entrusting your home to professional , licenced ,

and insured trades-people.

I have been improving homes with new additions , kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other

spaces since 1990. Please visit - photo gallery - to view some of my work. References are

available on request. All trades are licenced and insured.

Second , you'll want to know how much your project is going to cost. Well , it will cost

$40.00/hr + materials + sub-trades = ???? + tax

For - $40.00/hr - you get a carpenter/ drywaller / painter who is on site 40 hrs

a week minimum from beginning to end to handle all aspects

of your project.

materials - you pay exactly what I paid for them . All receipts are available

to be viewed by you and if any discounts are available to me ,

I'll pass them on to you .

sub-trades - ( eg. plumber, electrician) You pay them directly.

I can use trades-people you know or , suggest some.

There is no markup . I co-ordinate their activities

and direct them as to what goes where.

When all is said and done you'll know you paid a fair price.
